About Us

Enjoying wines since the late 1980’s, Phil (with his friends) tasted the best wines of France, mainly, Bordeaux to start.

After a Services IT sales first career, he opened his shop in 2002. He’s nephew, Jon, joined him five years later and is still there for a kindly and expert service to you.

Phil, quickly, discovered the region of Rhône, Languedoc, Loire and Burgundy which became is favorite one (as you can see in his catalogue)…

Since about 10 years, he developped his knowledge in the « light perfumed» alternatives like, Beaujolais, Jura and Alsace ones.

Even if he is wellknown for the “top wines”, Phil dans ta Cave” developpes a whole range of low and medium prices wines as well.

Alcools, Belgian beers (and top Gueuzes) and accessories are also proposed.
